Kaua'i officials say quakes didn't cause power outages

Despite earlier reports, Kaua'i did not have any power outages associated with Sunday's earthquakes, spokeswoman Anne Barnes said."There was no disruption at all due to the earthquake," Barnes said. "We had no outages. We had a beautiful day. We were thrilled."
