All traffic lights up and running on O'ahu

All of O'ahu's 800 traffic signals were up and running last night, city officials said.As of 10:30 p.m., all but the signal near the Laie Shopping Center was operating properly and was later serviced by a city worker on his way home, said city spokesman Bill Brennan.
City crews had 785 signals working by 4:30 p.m. yesterday.
