DOT to announce road maintenance agreement today

Gov. Linda Lingle and Rod Haraga, state transportation director, will announce a partnership this morning between the Department of Transportation, United Public Workers and Hawai'i Government Employees Association to implement new maintenance crew schedules to allow wider service of state roads during off hours.
