Hawaii Peoples Fund to honor artists at benefit dinner

Hawaii People's Fund will honor Hawai'i artists Tomas Belsky and Imaikalani Kalahele and The ARTS at Marks Garage at its annual fundraiser dinner on Nov. 4 at Treetops Restaurant.

The event, called "Art and Social Change," will feature live music, a buffet dinner, spoken word and a silent auction.

Cost is $40 per person with a sliding scale for low-income individuals.

Advance registration is strongly recommended.

The Hawaii People's Fund is a publicly supported community fund established in 1972 to provide grants to progressive grassroots social change organizations working in Hawai'i and the Pacific.
