Belly dance, music, and Eastern bazaar and Middle Eastern food are all part of Habibi Hawaii, a festival and celebration of the art of belly dance, today and tomorrow. Also, there are belly dance workshops by Dondi (9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day; $55 one day, $100 both days); and a percussion workshop by Frank Lazzaro (2 to 3 p.m. tomorrow; $25).
