Mainland firm pays $18.5M for Kapolei industrial site

Beverly Hills, Calif.-based 3D Investments LLC has bought a Kapolei industrial site for $18.5 million from Pacific Warehouse Inc., according to the agent for the buyer and seller, Sofos Realty Corp.The property, which is leased by food distributor C&S Foods, includes a 189,000-square-foot warehouse on seven acres and 4.3 acres of undeveloped land.
