Slow traffic on Pali may be from storm drain cleaning

Traffic is slow-going on the Pali Highway into town this morning, commuters say.The state Transportation Department said the slow-down may be due to storm drain cleaning on the roadway from Castle Junction to the Waokanaka Street.
