Rain slowing traffic everywhere

No stalls or accidents are reported at this hour but that doesn't mean traffic is flowing smoothly.Coming into Pearl City, town-bound traffic at the H-1/H-2 freeway merge is backed up to Kunia. It continues to crawl through Middle Street and into Liliha where it starts to move along.
The drive from East Honolulu is typical today with town-bound traffic solid until Old Waialae Road. Kalanianaole Highway traffic is slow as well, but appears to be moving.
And rain is falling in town at this hour, slowing traffic everywhere.
