Morning commute slow, but no major problems

Advertiser Staff

Today's commute is slow from west and east but no stalls or accidents are reported at this hour.

Expect to slog through the H-1/H-2 Freeway merge if you're Honolulu-bound headed into Pearl City, but it should move better once you're past the merge.

Closer to town at Middle Street, traffic is heavy and stays that way through town.

The drive from East Honolulu is typically slow today as well with H-1 Freeway traffic backed up to Koko Head Avenue. It won't get much better the closer you get to down with traffic thick from Punahou Street to Ward Avenue.
