Truck hits pedestrian on Dillingham sidewalk

The eastbound lanes of Dillingham Boulevard at Kalihi Street have been closed after a truck backed over an elderly man who was walking on the sidewalk and then drove forward over him again, Emergency Medical Services officials said.The man, described as being 60 to 70 years old, was taken by paramedics to The Queen's Medical Center in critical condition.
Traffic is being routed eastbound onto Mokauea Street as police investigate the accident.
