A LEGObots workshop is among the activities at the Lacy Day of Discovery today at Punahou School.

The fifth annual Astronaut Lacy Veach Day of Discovery is science-filled, and geared toward students, parents and teachers. Hundreds of students are registered for more than a dozen interactive workshops, but the exhibits on astronomy, robotics, energy and more, and special NASA presentation, are open to all.

Hours are from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at the Case Middle School Building on the Punahou School campus. It's free. Go to www.spacegrant.hawaii.edu and click on Astronaut Veach Day.
