ROSA "CHAI EKA" BLAS BARTOLOME HINABE, 78, of Honolulu, formerly of Mongmong, Guam, died Oct. 20, 2006. Born in Agana, Guam. Retired food handler for John F. Kennedy High School, Guam. Survived by daughter, Encarnacion "Connie" Cruz; sister, Asuncion Pangilinan; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Retired computer systems analyst and programmer consultant; retired from U.S. Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve.
