Kamehameha Hwy. in Kahalu`u under a foot of water

The roadway is open but there are reports of about a foot of water on Kamehameha Highway near Waihe`e Road in Kahalu`u, according to O`ahu Civil Defense spokesman John Cummings.Steady rains have also caused ponding in the area of Kualoa Ranch.
