Hiroshi Fukui to cook contemporary kaiseki dinner Saturday

Chef Hiroshi Fukui gained a cult following with his contemporary kaiseki dinners at L'Uraku. He has continued the tradition at Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas, and the next highly anticipated event is Saturday.At a Hiroshi kaiseki dinner you get a parade of 10 exquisitely constructed dishes, from, say an interpretation of chawan mushi to steamed onaga with Portuguese sausage and shrimp ragout.
