Flood advisory for Windward O'ahu extended again

A flood advisory for O'ahu has been extended until 4:45 p.m. by the National Weather Service.Radar shows moderate to heavy rain over Windward and East O'ahu from Kane'ohe to Hawai'i Kai, the weather service said.
The area of heavy rain is nearly stationary and will persist for several more hours. The advisory may be extended if heavy rains persist, the weather service said.
