Former UH receiver Chad Owens remained on the roster of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Another former UH player, offensive tackle Wayne Hunter, was cut by Jacksonville.

The Eagles released 17 players and put two on injured reserve to reach the 53-man roster limit. All teams had to reach the limit by today.
