Pedigreed dogs will have their days at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall this weekend. The occasion: the all-breed dog shows presented by the Hawaiian Kennel Club, which is celebrating its 100th year.

Hundreds of dogs will compete each day, with 80 breeds represented today, 79 tomorrow. There are vendor booths, gifts, prizes and a continuous slide presentation, too.

Hours are from 9:30 a.m. today, from 8:30 a.m. tomorrow. Admission is $5 general, free for kids 12 and younger. Only dogs registered for the shows are allowed. 262-5236.
