Surf decreasing on east shores

Surf along the east shores will diminish slightly to heights of 1 to 3 feet today, according to the National Weather Service of Honolulu. Surf along south and west shores will rise to heights of 2 to 4 feet.North shores will remain 1 to 2 feet.
