Business briefs: Go! offers more $29 one-way fares

Interisland airline go! today announced another round of $29 one-way fares to the Neighbor Islands.

Go! said new low fares went on sale this morning and will be available until Saturday. The $29 ticket price is good for travel until the end of the year, except on Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve and surrounding dates.

The airline previously offered a similar $29 fares in August.

ATA load factor rises to record 87.5 percent

ATA Airlines today reported its August scheduled service passenger load factor increased 6.4 points to 87.5 percent, the highest August load factor in the airline's 33-year history.

August scheduled service traffic fell to 397.9 million revenue passenger miles, a 41 percent drop from the same month a year earlier. Capacity fell 45.3 percent to 454.5 million available seat miles.

ATA serves customers in more than 60 markets, including Hawai'i, with a fleet of 3 Boeing 737-300s, 12 Boeing 737-800s, 6 Boeing 757-200s, 4 Boeing 757-300s and 4 Lockheed L-1011s.
