Rush hour: 'Ewa-bound traffic moving slow

'Ewa-bound traffic is moving slowly through 'Aiea and backed up to Radford Drive.Traffic is also heavy in both directions of the H-1 around Ward Avenue and in the 'ewa-bound lanes of the H-1/Middle Street merge and the H-1/H-2 merge.
