Man injured at shooting range

A 30-year-old man was in serious condition today after a bullet ricocheted and hit him in the neck at the Honolulu Police Department Firing Range in Koko Head, according to city Emergency Services Department spokesman Bryan Cheplic.The man was taken to The Queen's Medical Center in critical condition but was later upgraded to serious, he said. Police and emergency personnel responded to the call shortly after 10:30 a.m.
