Advertiser Staff

Small swells will continue rolling toward O'ahu's south shore through Thursday and will be augmented on Friday by a larger south swell that is expected to peak on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

Current projections call for surf along the south shore to climb close to the advisory level of 8 feet, forecasters said.

In addition, small northwest swells will continue off and on through Thursday. A moderate northwest swell will arrive Thursday night, peak Friday and then gradually decrease through the weekend.

Today, look for surf of 2 to 4 feet along the south shores, 1 to 3 feet along western shores, 2 to 4 feet along the eastern shore and 1 to 3 feet along northern shores.
