Traffic problems along Puuhale Road

Honolulu police report traffic signal problems along Dillingham Boulevard at the intersections of Kalihi Street, Mokauea Street and Puuhale Road — and a traffic accident on Puuhale Road in front of television station KHNL.A vehicle collision also has been reported at Bethel Streets and Nimitz Highway.
The 'ewa-bound lanes of the H-1 Freeway are backed up to the Middle Street merge.
