Toddler in serious condition after near drowning

A 2-year-old boy is in serious condition at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children this afternoon after nearly drowning at a residential pool in Kaneohe.City paramedics responded to the 12:57 p.m. report at Puuloko Place, said Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for the city's Emergency Medical Services division.
