Fire at Makiki school extinguished

Fire officials are on the scene investigating what appears to have been a deliberately set fire at the Hawaiian Mission Elementary and Intermediate School in Makiki.The fire, which was limited to the shop area, was extinguished by the time firefighters arrived at the school at 1415 Makiki St.
An estimate on the extent of damages was not immediately available.
