North-bound lanes reopened on Roosevelt Bridge

The north-bound lanes of Roosevelt Bridge on Kamehameha Highway, which spans Kipapa Gulch between Gentry Waipio and Mililani, have been re-opened after a traffic accident forced the bridge's closure in both directions this morning.A single car flipped over and struck the concrete guardrail about 5 a.m., cracking it. The driver and two passengers in the car were not seriously injured.
