Rush hour: Accident on Halawa-bound H-3 Freeway

An accident on the Halawa-bound side of the H-3 Freeway is blocking the left-hand lane outside of the Harano Tunnels.'Ewa-bound traffic on the H-1 Freeway slows at Ward Avenue and Liliha Street. Koko-head traffic is backed up to Middle Street merge.
