Eastern Illinois, the University of Hawai'i's football opponent Saturday night at Aloha Stadium, is ranked 20th in the Sports Network Division I-AA poll released today.The Panthers are 2-2 and remained No. 20 after a 24-13 victory over Samford Saturday.
