Overturned van slowing H-1 traffic

An overturned van in the 'ewa-bound direction of the H-1 Freeway is blocking the two right lanes and causing congestion just before the Makakilo exit.Traffic is backed up as far as Kunia. Some vehicles are trying to get around the jam by taking Farrington Highway.
