Oil spill closes Kane'ohe-bound right lane of H-3

The right hand lane of the H-3 Freeway heading toward Kane'ohe will be closed through the rush-hour commute as crews work to clean up an oil spill.A vehicle created the spill through the Kane'ohe-bound tunnel at about 2:45 p.m. Officials closed the right-hand lane of the H-3 beginning 100 yards on the town side of the tunnels to Hospital Rock.
