Flash flood watch in place statewide until 4 a.m.

The National Weather Service has re-issued a statewide flash flood watch for until 4 a.m.An unstable air mass lies over the main islands that could produce heavy showers and thunderstorms tonight, Weather Service officials said.
Flooding should be reported to police or civil defense officials.
The Weather Service this morning halted a flash flood warning for O'ahu and replaced it with the flash flood watch.
