ISLAND LIFE SHORTS
New monthly magazine hits town — and it's free!

Advertiser Staff and News Services

The Honolulu edition of Your Health Monthly, a free publication, is now on stands and includes tidbits and stories on an A-to-Z basis: vitamins, brain exercises and quizzes, etc.

The new mag (a Gannett Pacific Publications product) is available at Jamba Juice, 24-Hour Fitness, Times pharmacies and some racks, and also may be found at many doctor's offices. Oh, and did we say "free"?

FINAL WORD

"In my career, I've been burned down to the ground about every 10 years. Finished! And somehow I've managed to rise up out of the ashes. It's not a particularly pleasant cycle."

Brian De Palma | director of "Scarface," "The Bonfire of the Vanities" and "The Black Dahlia," in Entertainment Weekly
