Survived by daughters, Valerie Peters, Darlene Pereira, Allison Vasquez and Janell; sister, Dawn Agao; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. TETSUO CHIKAZAWA, 79, of Kane'ohe, died Sept. 11, 2006. Born in Pahoa, Hawai'i. Retired carpenter.
