Kaua'i community's help sought in finding missing girl

The Kaua'i Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing teenager.Billy Kay Vinhaca was reported as a runaway on Jan. 14 and is still missing.
She is 5 feet tall, weighs approximately 75 pounds and has brown eyes and long black hair.
Vinhaca has a dark complexion, a small build and is of Hawaiian descent.
Anyone with information about Vinhaca is asked to call Kaua'i police dispatchers at (808) 241-1711, the Kaua'i Police Department's Investigative Services Bureau at (808) 241-1696 or Crime Stoppers at (808) 241-1887.
