Town-bound H-3 Freeway closed until 7 a.m. today

The state Department of Transportation reminded O'ahu motorists that the H-3 Freeway was scheduled to be closed in the Honolulu-bound direction from the Halekou Interchange to the Halawa Interchange through 7 a.m. today for tunnel cleaning and maintenance work.Honolulu-bound motorists were advised to use alternate routes such as the Likelike Highway and the Pali Highway, and to allow for extra travel time.
