Mostly sunny skies through Tuesday, forecasters say

A high pressure system moving toward the Islands from the northwest will produce a brief period of light to moderate northeast trade winds through tomorrow, the National Weather Service said.The winds are expected to diminish and become daytime sea breezes and nighttime offshore breezes by Wednesday, forecasters said.
