The trio drew world-wide attention via its sensational success at Germany's prestigious ARD-competition in Munich in 2002, securing its place as one of the most exciting young piano trios performing today. Critics especially praise the trio for their "sparkling joy of life," "magic dialogue" and virtuoso technique.

The award included a CD recording and an extensive North American tour in 2006-07. During the 2006-2007 season the trio has also toured in Germany, Holland, England, Norway and Sweden and will also perform with the Korean Prime Philharmonic Orchestra in Seoul Arts Center and Gunpo Culture Center.
