Surf on the rise this week

Surf along the North Shore will be 6 to 8 feet today, but a larger northwest swell is expected Wednesday and Thursday that should bring surf just under the advisory level, the National Weather Service said.Elsewhere today, surf along west and east shores will be 3 to 5 feet and surf along south shores will be 2 to 4 feet.
