Chef Mavro sets bistro opening date: April 30

Chef George Mavrothalassitis announced this week that his highly anticipated Cassis Honolulu, a casual bistro, will open April 30 in the former Palomino site at Harbor Towers. The chef-owner will divide his time between Cassis and his flagship Chef Mavro restaurant, where chef de cuisine Kevin Chong will continue to preside in his absence.
