Another day of sunshine, gentle trade winds

A weather system north of the state will keep the trade winds blowing at moderate speed today, according to the National Weather Service.The system is expected to move closer to the islands by tomorrow, causing the winds to become much lighter with daytime sea breezes and nighttime offshore breezes developing tomorrow and continuing through Saturday, forecasters said.
No significant rain is expected for the remainder of the work week.
