Search continues for 71-year-old La'ie man

A dozen police officers assisted by 30 volunteers continued searching around La'ie for a third day today for a missing 71-year-old.

Tevita "David" Mohetau, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, was last seen at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of McDonald's restaurant in La'ie.

The search today was concentrated around Pounder's beach after police received information that Mohetau was seen there at about 5 p.m. Sunday.

As of 3:45 p.m. today, Mohetau had not been located.
