UH goalie De Nooy named water polo player of week

Goalie Meike De Nooy of the University of Hawai'i was named the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation women's water polo Player of the Week.De Nooy, a senior, made nine stops during the first three quarters in a 10-9 victory over No. 4 California last Saturday.
De Nooy leads the MPSF in saves per match (10.57).
Hawai'i is 11-8 and 7-3 in the MPSF.
UH plays road matches at UC Santa Barbara on April 10 and Cal State Northridge on April 12.
