Save Honolua meeting tonight

County Planning Director Jeffrey Hunt will speak at tonight's meeting of the newly formed Save Honolua Coalition. The meeting is open to the public and will begin at 6:30 p.m. at King Kamehameha III Elementary School.

Coalition secretary Tamara Paltin said the group is holding weekly Tuesday meetings to inform the community on development issues affecting the Honolua region. Other leaders are Elle Cochran, president; Donna Willard, vice president; Kathy Corcoran, treasurer; and Shawn Reid, Doug Pitzer, Nikki Stange, Kanoa Nishiki, Wayne Cochran, John Carty and Wayne Nishiki.
