Kwan to model 2 Couture show designs

The Chinese Women's Club of Honolulu presents the show, which spotlights 2 Couture's new soft feminine line. Brocade Chinese-inspired jackets are paired with blue jeans for an urban spin on elegance, contrasted with ballroom gowns that kiss the floor.
A silent auction will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and luncheon at 11:30 a.m.

Kwan's latest film, "Ray of Sunshine," will be shown in a Hawai'i Rotary Youth Foundation benefit screening, from 6 p.m. April 15 at the Hawai'i Theatre. Tickets: $28, available at the theater box office, 528-0506, or www.hawaiitheatre.com.
