Near record-low temperatures coming our way

Advertiser Staff

The weather has gone on cruise control and should remain clear, cool and dry through the remainder of the work week and into the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

The forecast is expected to remain on that course until the trade winds return early next week.

Also, look for some near record-low temperatures through the end of the week.

Here's what to expect during the next few days:

  • Today, sunny. Highs, 73 to 79. North winds around 10 mph, shifting to the south in the afternoon.

  • Tonight, mostly clear. Lows near 55. Light winds.

  • Thursday, sunny. Highs 73 to 79. Light winds becoming south around 10 mph in the afternoon.

  • Thursday night, clear. Lows 53 to 60. Light winds.

  • Friday, sunny. Highs 75 to 81. South winds at about 10 mph.

  • Friday night, mostly clear. Lows, 53 to 60. Light winds.
