Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas at Restaurant Row is serving an Easter lunch 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Judging by the menu, it's a steal at $31 (not including tax and tip).The dishes are: Contemporary sushi two ways (crispy mahimahi with shiso and broiled unagi with house-made takuwan and habanero tobiko); crispy shrimp somen salad with grape tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, tsukemono and shiso-ogo vinaigrette); pan-roasted Chilean sea bass with ginger-miso brown butter sauce or herb-crusted ribeye steak; and bananas Foster profiteroles.
