Learn life-saving tips at free seminar today

Chuck Abina, president of Lead Hawaii, will offer tips to save lives at 10 a.m. today at the Waikiki Community Center.

He will discuss what people can during emergencies while waiting for paramedics to arrive.

One-fourth of emergency room visits could be avoided if more people were trained in First Aid and CPR.

The seminar is free and open to the public.

The mission of Lead Hawaii is to train and educate people about how to save lives.

Waikiki Community Association is located at 310 Paoakalani Ave. Parking is free and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
