Two road construction projects near Downtown Honolulu will cause delays this week.

A project at the intersection of Pali Highway and Vineyard Boulevard will extend the left-turn lane along Pali Highway in the south-bound direction an additional 300 feet.

There may be possible left-lane closures along the highway from H-1 to Vineyard Boulevard in either direction for related construction and tree relocation.

The other project, at the intersection of Nimitz Highway and Pacific Street, will add left-turn phasing to the traffic signals to improve traffic flow for Pacific Street motorists.

Lane closures are expected.
