AlohaCare to provide state health coverage on Moloka'i

Advertiser Staff

AlohaCare said it will take over QUEST member health coverage for people on Moloka'i and Lana'i beginning in July after being awarded a contract for these islands by the state Department of Human Services.

AlohaCare said it will replace the Hawaii Medical Service Association as the coverage provider on July 1. It said about 2,000 Moloka'i residents use the state's QUEST program for their health insurance and about 250 people on Lana'i use it.
