Tractor driver killed in Pacific Heights

A 49-year-old man was killed today when the tractor he was operating overturned and landed on him.The accident in the 2800 block of Laola Place off Pacific Heights Road was reported at 2:23 p.m.
Emergency Medical Services personnel pronounced the man dead at 2:46 p.m., EMS spokesman Bryan Cheplic said.
